POPULAR TYPES OF CUSTOM CHRISTMAS STOCKINGS

Felt – Stockings made of felt are a flat material but still fuzzy. This material is cheaper in cost than the fluffy, plush stockings.

Plush – These stockings are soft and really fluffy. They are much higher priced than felt stockings, but they are definitely seen as more of a premium item over felt. While this option is higher in cost, recipients tend to keep these for years and years.

PERSONALIZATION ON BULK CHRISTMAS STOCKINGS

Blank – If you want a bulk order of stockings for craft projects, then you will want to order blank, with no imprint.

Screen Printed – Screen printing on stockings is most budget-friendly method of personalizing bulk stocking orders; however, due to the nature of felt material, bold imprints are recommended. Fine details will not be legible on felt because the fibers move after printing and breaks up the imprint. Bold and simple is better. Screen printing is reserved for the less expensive felt and not for plush.

Embroidery – If you are going with a premium plush Christmas stocking, embroidery is the way to go. A stitched logo is permanent and looks great on plush stockings. You can use different thread colors to get a great and colorful display of your logo. Pricing for embroidered logos are based upon the stitch count. The more stitches it takes; the more the cost. Embroidery is not typically used on felt stockings, because the embroidery process cost more than the stockings!
