Albert Einstein said, “Once you stop learning you start dying.” Perhaps there's never been a statement more true than this one. Learning is a critical component to becoming a better person, both personally and professionally. But we don't have to go about it alone. We can learn from others all over the world who have already learned many valuable life lessons. Through books, we learn about mistakes others have made in their life allowing us to learn their lessons and pick up where they left off. Why make the same mistakes others have made? With a new year upon us, it's a great time to look at your goals for the upcoming year. A few years ago, I set a goal to read 24 non-fiction, self-improvement books, and at the end of that year, I felt like I had learned and grown a lot. I put a lot of my new knowledge into action for my promotional products distributorship and had a very successful year. During a typical year, I do usually read at least a few books per month, which includes both non-fiction and fiction books. For 2018, I'm again committing to reading 24 non-fiction books for self-improvement. My hope is it will help me to continue to grow into a better husband, father, friend, and leader. I will, of course, also be reading quite a few fiction books along the way. Announcing this firm commitment is my way of keeping me motivated and on track.

My 2018 Reading List

So far, these are the non-fiction books on my list to read in 2018. Of course, more books will be added to this list throughout the year. I may decide to nix a title or two on the list in lieu of new discoveries, but below you will find my starting list from which to choose for 2018. Most of these books have been published within the past year, but there are a few older titles I haven't read yet. I am open to suggestions, so please feel free to offer your suggestions for books that aren't on this list.

Trusted Promotional Products Firm Saves You Time and Money When buying promotional products, there are approximately 25,000 distributors in the United States. That means you have virtually an unlimited number of choices. However, not all distributors are the best choice. You have to choose the right promotional products firm for your company. When it comes to getting the job done right and getting the most out of your investments, an experienced promotional products firm is key. Additionally, you want a firm that is committed to providing the best options to meet your goals. It can't be about meeting the firm's sales goals, but it MUST be all about meeting your needs (as the client).

As a promotional products distributor since 1999, we have helped thousands of clients over the years. We embrace the differences for each of our clients and adjust marketing campaigns and strategies to meet their specific objectives. During this time, we have identified the main types of buyers for promotional products. While there are quite a few more, we feel these are 7 main classifications.

Don't Take Shortcuts With Your Promotional Products Shortcuts. Timesavers. It's the way we are programmed as humans. We want to be as productive as possible with our work; therefore, we more often than not take the easy way when doing our tasks. We take "The road more traveled" as opposed to "The road less traveled." By following this path, we fail to differentiate ourselves. We are built for efficiency, which often hinders us from seeing the big picture - how we can achieve the best possible outcome for any given project. This innate way of quickly completing tasks can actually cripple our creativity. It's too easy to do things the way we have always done them in an effort to quickly check off that task from our ever-growing list.
Client Spotlights, Marketing / 24.07.2017

We often mention that we have clients in all 50 states. It's not an expression or something we just say. We LITERALLY mean it. Not only do we have clients in all 50 states, but also in D.C., Canada, and a number of other countries. Just for fun, we uploaded the locations our current clients to a map. Check out the clickable map below to view the specific locations we currently serve. Simply click on the numbers on the map to drill down deeper to the city levels. We very likely have clients in your hometown.

Create a Trade Show Stopportunity - Get more action at your boothWe've all been to the large trade shows with what seems like miles and miles of booths. So many of the trade show booths seem to be the same thing. Over and over again. Did I just go down this aisle? Am I experiencing Déjà vu? The answer to both questions is probably NO. The truth is so many exhibiting companies fail to create the right Stopportunity. According to Urban Dictionary, stopportunity is defined as,
