The paring knife has an extremely sharp, 3" ceramic blade. It works great on boneless meats, fruits and vegetables. The ceramic blade never rusts, is hygienic and odorless. Fruits do not oxidize as fast with a ceramic knife. It comes with a protective sheath and is dishwasher safe.
