We gave these adorable jump ropes out at a Family Wellness Day. We only gave them to children and teens and told them they could have the jump rope for free if they showed us how they could jump. So we had a constant line of people at our booth. We also had a nurse taking blood pressures for free, so it was a true "heart healthy" event.
