Ships within 3 weeks of your finalized order. Polybagging with a 10-minute workout insert and a stock header is available as an option (Adds $2). 15 different colors to choose from. All band colors have the same resistance: 100% stretch = 13 lbs. 200% = 18 lbs. 300% = 24 lbs. 400% = 33 lbs. 500% = 47 lbs. 600% = 77 lbs. 700% = 145 lbs. To get more resistance, hold your hands closer together for your exercise. Exercise band size is 42" (3.5 ft) x 3".
